How do I book a photoshoot with FayAndrea?
Once you complete our booking form and we confirm availability, we’ll send you a booking confirmation with all next steps. After payment and confirmation, you’ll receive full address and styling information.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends and holiday periods, as our diary fills quickly.
What types of photoshoots do you offer?
We offer a variety of sessions, including:

Maternity & newborn
Children / little ones
Teen/editorial & model updates
Virtual / online sessions
Weddings & engagements

What is your turnaround time?
Our editing process is meticulous. The standard turnaround time for your gallery is up to 4 weeks from your photoshoot date.
Can I get sneak peeks before the full gallery?
No, we do not offer sneak peaks
How will I receive my photos?
You’ll receive a private online gallery where you can view, download, and share your images. Professional prints, albums, and wall art are also available to order.
Do you edit in both colour and black & white?
Yes — your final retouched images are delivered in colour and black and white
Do you travel for photoshoots?
Yes — we can shoot at your home, outdoors in natural locations, or at our studio depending on your preference and package.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
Please get in touch as soon as possible. We’ll always do our best to accommodate a new date subject to availability.
(Our rescheduling/cancellation policy will be provided in your booking confirmation.)

Our full address is shared after your booking is confirmed for client privacy and ease of planning.
Do you accommodate children with additional needs or disabilities?
Yes — we warmly welcome babies and children of all abilities 🤍
If your child has any additional needs, sensory considerations or mobility requirements, we ask that you let us know ahead of your session so we can support you as best we can.
Please note that our studio is not currently wheelchair accessible and access involves steps, as there is no wheelchair ramp. We understand that every child’s needs are different and are always happy to discuss whether the studio space will work comfortably for your family, or to talk through alternative options where possible.
I hate having my photo taken — is this for me?
Absolutely. Most of our clients say this. Our sessions are relaxed, unrushed and guided throughout — no awkward posing or forced smiles.
What’s the difference between Studio and Lifestyle?
Studio sessions are clean and classic. Lifestyle Branding sessions are more story-led and relaxed, photographed in a real environment that reflects you and your work.
Can I use my images for business and marketing?
Yes — all images come with full personal and commercial usage.
